Answers, Before You Have to Ask
The questions that come up most, grouped by what they are about. Anything missing goes to support and comes back the same way.
The Basics
Two products on one platform. A trading journal that pulls your closed trades in automatically from MetaTrader 5, cTrader and TradingView and turns them into statistics you can act on, and a Trade Engine that copies fills from one cTrader account to as many others as your plan allows.
No. Connect an account once and every closed position arrives on its own, with entry, exit, size, fees and duration already filled in. Writing is only for the parts a broker can't know: your reasoning, your screenshots, your mistakes.
MetaTrader 5 through our Expert Advisor, and cTrader and TradingView through cTrader's Open API. MT4 is not supported.
Plans start at $5 a month, which is deliberately cheaper than a trial that expires while you are still setting things up. Every paid plan is covered by the refund window on our refund policy page.
Connecting Accounts
Never. MetaTrader 5 syncs through an Expert Advisor running in your own terminal, authenticated by an API key you create and can revoke at any time. cTrader connects through its official OAuth flow, so your credentials are entered on cTrader's own site, not ours.
Only the Trade Engine, and only on the destination accounts you explicitly link as followers. The journal side is read-only: it reads history and writes nothing back to your broker.
One on Basic, ten on Plus, a hundred on Pro and unlimited on LEDG. Trade Engine plans start at two, because copying needs a source and a destination to mean anything.
Yes. The first sync backfills the history your broker still holds, then keeps up in near real time from that point on.
Trade Engine
The engine holds a live connection to cTrader's Open API, so a fill on the source account is mirrored on its followers in milliseconds. Execution still happens at each destination broker's own price.
Yes. Each link carries its own multiplier, so a follower can take half, double or a fixed multiple of the source's size. Accounts of different sizes can follow the same source sensibly.
Nothing is copied twice. Every deal is claimed in the database before it is acted on, and a restart hands over to the incoming worker only once it is connected and ready.
Billing
PayPal for card and PayPal balance, or Binance Pay for crypto. Annual billing is priced at ten months for twelve.
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply from your next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
Your data stays exactly where it is. Syncing and the Trade Engine pause, and everything resumes on renewal. We don't delete journals over a lapsed subscription.
