Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
1. Who Controls Your Data
Ledgerr, Co, CMB, Sri Lanka, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at support@ledgerr.co about anything on this page.
2. What We Collect
- Account data: your email address, name, chosen username, plan and account settings.
- Trading data: closed trades read from the accounts you connect — symbol, direction, size, prices, fees, times and account identifiers — plus anything you write in a journal entry.
- Billing data: the billing name and address you enter at checkout, your order and invoice history, and the payment reference returned by PayPal or Binance Pay. We never receive or store your card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and the sessions held on your account, used for security and for the device list you can manage.
- Support data: the tickets and messages you send us, and the contact form on this website.
We do not collect your broker password, because we never ask for it. MetaTrader syncs through a key you issue and can revoke; cTrader authorises through its own OAuth flow, which returns a token rather than credentials.
3. Why We Use It
- To run the service you subscribed to: syncing trades, calculating statistics, copying fills between the accounts you linked.
- To take payment, issue invoices and manage renewals.
- To answer your support messages.
- To keep the service secure — rate limiting, abuse prevention and the device list.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and legal obligation where one applies. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your trading data to train models or to trade against you.
4. Who It Is Shared With
- Payment providers — PayPal and Binance Pay — to process what you pay.
- Email delivery, to send sign-in codes, receipts and support replies.
- Cloud storage and hosting providers, which hold the application and the images generated for share cards.
- cTrader’s Open API, to read the accounts you authorised and place copied orders on followers you configured.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
These providers act on our instructions and only for the purposes above. We do not share your data with advertisers.
5. What You Publish Yourself
A share card and its public page are public by design. They show the trade you chose to publish, your username and the close time — not your balance, your other trades or your email address. Generating a card again replaces the previous image.
6. How Long We Keep It
- Account and trading data: while your account exists, and for a short period afterwards so an account closed by mistake can be restored.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Support tickets: while they are useful for context, then deleted on request.
- Security counters and rate-limit records: hours to days, then expired automatically.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Ask at support@ledgerr.co and we will answer within a month.
8. Security
Sign-in is by one-time code rather than a password, sessions are listed so you can end any of them, API keys can be rotated or revoked at any moment, and access to production data is limited to the people who operate the service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
10. Changes
We will update this page when what we do changes, and the date at the top will say when. Material changes are announced in the app or by email.
