Accounts and Plans

Tiers are priced by how many trading accounts you connect. Everything else is the same on every tier.

What Counts as a Connected Account

A connected account is one broker login Ledgerr reads trades from: an MT5 account number syncing through your Expert Advisor, or a cTrader account authorised through the Open API. Manual journal entries do not count, and neither does an account you have disconnected.

Journaling Tiers

Basic1 connected account · $5/mo · $50/yr
Plus10 connected accounts · $15/mo · $150/yr
Pro100 connected accounts · $30/mo · $300/yr
LEDGUnlimited connected accounts · $100/mo · $1000/yr

Trade Engine Tiers

Engine plans do everything a Journaling plan does and add copy trading. The entry tier carries two accounts rather than one, because copying needs a source and a destination to be worth anything.

Engine Basic2 connected accounts · $10/mo · $100/yr
Engine Plus10 connected accounts · $30/mo · $300/yr
Engine Pro100 connected accounts · $70/mo · $700/yr
Engine LEDGUnlimited connected accounts · $300/mo · $3000/yr

Changing Tier

  • Upgrading applies immediately — the new account limit is live as soon as the payment clears.
  • Downgrading applies at your next renewal, so you keep what you already paid for.
  • Moving between Journaling and Trade Engine is the same operation: pick the other line at checkout.

Over the limit after a downgrade

If a period ends with more accounts connected than the new tier allows, syncing pauses for the extras until you disconnect some. Nothing is deleted, and reconnecting restores the history.

When a Plan Lapses

Syncing and the Trade Engine stop; your journal, trades and statistics stay exactly where they are. Renew and everything resumes, including whatever history your broker still holds for the gap.

Billing has its own guide.
