Billing and Invoices

What you are charged, when, how to change it, and where the paperwork lives.

Paying

PayPalCard or PayPal balance. The subscription renews automatically each period and the plan activates as soon as the payment clears.

Binance PayCrypto transfer, confirmed by a person. The order sits as pending until the transfer is checked, then the plan activates.

CurrencyUS dollars. Your bank may convert at its own rate.

Renewals

Your billing page shows the plan, the interval and the next billing date. Annual billing is priced at ten months for twelve, and both intervals renew on that date unless you cancel first.

A reminder goes out before a plan expires.
A short grace period follows an expiry before syncing pauses.
Nothing is deleted when a plan lapses — the data waits for you.

Changing Plan

Change plan from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, so you keep the tier you already paid for until the period ends. Switching between Journaling and Trade Engine is the same operation.

A pending order blocks a change

If an order is waiting on a Binance Pay transfer, cancel it before starting a different one. The billing page offers that directly.

Invoices

Every payment produces an invoice on your billing page, downloadable as a PDF carrying Ledgerr, Co’s details and yours as entered at checkout. If you need a company name or tax identifier on it, put them in the billing address fields before you pay.

Cancelling

Cancel from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; nothing is prorated back, and nothing is deleted afterwards. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
