Getting Started

Create an account, pick a plan, connect a trading account. Most people are looking at their own history inside ten minutes.

1. Create Your Account

Sign up at the registration page with your email address. There is no password: we send a six-digit code to that inbox and you enter it to sign in, now and every time after.

Use an address you will keep

Your email is how you sign in, where invoices go and where sign-in codes arrive. Changing it later is possible, but it is a support request rather than a settings toggle.

2. Choose a Plan

New accounts land on the plan picker. Choose the product line first — Journaling for the record and the statistics, Trade Engine if you also want fills copied between cTrader accounts — then the tier that covers the number of accounts you actually trade.

  • Every tier carries the whole journal. Tiers differ by how many accounts you may connect.
  • Annual billing costs ten months for twelve.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Checkout takes PayPal or Binance Pay. PayPal activates the plan as soon as the payment clears; a Binance Pay transfer is checked by a person, so the order sits as pending for a short while first.

3. Connect a Trading Account

Which guide you need depends on the platform you trade:

Either way, the first sync backfills whatever history your broker still holds. Large accounts take a few minutes, and you can close the tab while it runs.

4. Make It Yours

  1. 1Set a username in Account Settings. It becomes the address your shared trade cards live at.
  2. 2Open the dashboard and pick a range — week, month, year or all time. Every statistic follows that range.
  3. 3Open a trade from the log and write the reasoning into its journal entry while you still remember it.
  4. 4Mark entries good or bad as you review them. The split shows up in your journal statistics.

What Happens Next

Close a position on a connected account and it appears in Ledgerr on its own, with entry, exit, size, fees, duration and session already filled in. Nothing else is required of you — the journal is the part worth your attention, and the only part that needs typing.
