Connect Your Trading

Connect cTrader

cTrader connects through its official Open API. You sign in on cTrader’s own page, and Ledgerr receives a token — never your password.

Trading Through TradingView?

TradingView orders that route to a cTrader broker account are cTrader trades, so they arrive through this same connection. Connect the cTrader account and everything you send through TradingView follows.

Connect the Account

  1. 1In Ledgerr, open Settings, then Accounts.
  2. 2Start the cTrader connection. You are sent to cTrader’s own authorisation page.
  3. 3Sign in there and approve access for Ledgerr.
  4. 4You land back in Ledgerr, where your cTrader accounts are listed.
  5. 5Pick the accounts you want synced. Each counts once against your plan’s limit.

Live and demo both work

Demo accounts connect exactly like live ones and are labelled as demo throughout the app, so practice results never quietly mix into your live statistics.

What Ledgerr Can Do with the Connection

  • Read your account’s closed deals, balances and symbol list, for the journal and the statistics.
  • Place orders on an account only when it is a follower in a Trade Engine link you created.
  • Nothing else. The journal side never sends an order.

Disconnecting

Disconnect an account from Settings, then Accounts. Syncing stops immediately and the trades already in your journal stay. You can also revoke Ledgerr’s access from cTrader’s own application settings, which has the same effect from the other direction.

Next Step

With at least two cTrader accounts connected, you can link them in the Trade Engine and have fills on one copied to the others.
